‘Victoria Coles (BSc hons MSST) is a Sports Therapist based on the Isle of Wight. Providing sports therapy treatments and massage to both amateur and professional athletes as well as non-sporting individuals, who could benefit from stress relieving massage and treatments to help prevent or rehabilitate injuries. Victoria has extensive experience as a sports therapist, and is currently working with various sporting teams on the Isle of Wight including the Wightlink Raiders Ice Hockey Team, as well as providing massage and treatments at charity events further afield. Recently Victoria opened a clinic on the Isle of Wight to provide a place for advice, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation for people wishing to experience the benefits of sports massage.’
Victoria graduated from the University of Chichester in 2010 BSc honours degree in Sports Therapy and is a fully affiliated member of the Society of Sports Therapists, she has a vast knowledge of sporting injuries, their predisposing factors and methods of treatment and rehabilitation, which extend to physiology, nutrition and psychology. Victoria also holds a Sports First Aid Qualification allowing me to provide first aid provision at matches and tournaments. She specialises in Sports Massage and deep tissue techniques.

Sports Therapy aims to provide injury prevention techniques and advice, diagnosis, treatment, and provide rehabilitation techniques to return the patient back to optimum levels of functional, occupational and sports specific fitness, should an injury occur. The emphasis is on musculoskeletal injuries or conditions regardless of sporting ability or participation.

Anyone can benefit from the treatments offered at Victoria Coles Sport Therapy, whether you are 18 or 80, participate in sports seriously or just for fun (or not at all), or whether you have an active or sedentary lifestyle.
Sports massage is used by athletes, both amateur and professional alike, as well as many non-sporting individuals due to its many benefits. It is used to help keep muscles supple and toned, and to keep joints mobile and aims to improve sporting performance and flexibility. Sports massage therapy is a specialist form of massage incorporating a vast understanding of the anatomy and physiology of the human body enabling the effective prevention and treatment of injury. It aims to relieve tension and restore the balance of muscles though increasing circulation, changing muscle length and remodelling scar tissue.
Can be a team/group appointment (upto 4 per hour) for a ‘rub down’ or ‘loosen off’.
Can be individual (1/2 hr or 1 hour).
Very competitive rates and easily available.
Don’t have to participate in sport to get treatment, for example if you just fancy a loosen off due to stiffness.
